I don't know if you use it but the mod "Modern Firearms" has a lot of weapons that you can put foregrips on and it is annoying that your character doesn't use said foregrip. There are also other popular gun mods that have foregrips too, so if some nice person with time on their hands could whip up some grip animations that would be awesome. There is a mod out there right now called "FN P90" that has foregrip animations included in it that were made by the author just for that mod. They could maybe be applied to other weapons if someone knows how to do it properly. I've tried putting the animations from that mod on other guns but in game the gun is out of place and clipping into the character and sheet. Animations have to be done for each weapon indiviudally, or weapons have to be build around existing animations. That's why you see many existing weapon mods look weird, because they try to fit into the vanilla animations. Modern Firearms is a dead thing i fear. It's mostly if not all ripped content, I hardly doubt there will be any update at all, and I don't think they will or even can animate each of those weapons from scratch.
