Fixed RefID List?

Days ago, I was having a muse inside. I wanted to take some shots involving ...drum rolls..... Adoring Fan

Thus, I looked at my printed reference BaseID.

Looking at the ID, Adoring Fan is supposed to have 000AED40.

I used the "PRID" console command, and typed:

PRID 000aed40 (small or big case doesn't matter)

Guess what... the console didn't notice about it, saying that the reference object is missing (or something similar to it).

I looked at the Oblivion Wiki, Adoring Fan had 2 type of IDs.... :ermm:

The BaseID is 000aed40, and the RefID is 000aed41...

When I used the PRID 000aed41, the console seemed AOK, although I could not spawn the Adoring Fan because I had not completed the Arena quests (and used the placeatme instead, which is totally not recommended!)

So, is there any complete list of the RefID around?

PS:

PRID is a neat console command for screenshooting. It allows screenshooters to refer to a referenced object (NPC) which is out of sight. Combined with the "moveto" command and the RefID, screenshooters are able to summon the NPC right next to the character.

Reference ID(RefID) is generated when you put an object(NPC, Creature, Items, and anything..) in a cell. If you put something in a cell via Construction Set, the object will have 'absolute or constant'(fixed) RefID. If you use console command 'placeatme' to put something in-game, the object will have 'temporary'(reusable) RefID(which starts FF). So, if you want to check any object placed in any cell already, Construction Set will be useful.

I took the understanding of RefID from here:

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Adoring_Fan

The Adoring Fan has 2 IDs, which are:

BaseID: 000AED40

RefID: 000AED41

While in the game, the ID changes into the referenced object ID with the "ff" in front of the ID code.

The purpose of the list I am seeking is to eliminating any risk of the use of "placeatme <BaseID>", and use the "moveto <RefID>".

The Oblivion UESP has lists of NPC and even monsters, with both the BaseID and the RefID, for example: The link I gave about the Adoring Fan.

Now, if someone had created a BaseID based list, I assume someone had created a RefID based list as well. If no one had created one, I guess I'll take a time to write a new list with both the BaseID and RefID based on the Oblivion UESP list.

A tedious work, but I know it is worthy for the sake of screenshooting
