blocky , 2d , and pink fog and smoke

HI....

 

I've been having trouble with my game for a few days and the problem is the pink ,2D and blocky fog in the loading screen and the game it self ..

 

my graphic driver is running perfectly .. I can play other games without any issues ..

 

I tried to reinstall some mods like Enhanced lights and FX and my 4K graphical mod but none worked .. I also tried to reinstall Static Mesh Improvements mod and that also did not work .. in other words I have no idea what's wrong with my game this time...

 

I'll realy appreciate it if someone could help me ..

I recently had a problem like this after a fresh install. Go to My Documents\My Games\Skyrim and look at your Skyrim.ini . In the [Archives] section, make sure Skyrim - Textures.bsa is listed.

 

Also, since you are using the High Res Texture Packs DLC, you need to install the Unofficial Patch for it.

Alright now the pink smoke from fires are fixed BUT still I have the blocky fog in the loading screen and when I go to places like mountains ...

 

 

textures.bsa was listed in the archives , I installed unofficial patches for high res dlcs and one for heartfire dlc ... still I got that main problem

Do you have any non-esp texture mods that you are using? If they don't have an esp they won't show up in your load order but will in a mod list.

I fixed it .. my weather mod ( vivid weathers ) had a fog plugin that didn't fit my system so I reinstalled the weather mod and fog problem was fixed..

 

OF COURSE the solution you gave me for the pink fire smoke helped A LOT too ..
