Help| how I active this mod?

Insufficient information. "So I added the file to "deta" (sic) folder in game folder." What file did you add? Was it the zipped file or the ,esp file? After the installation through the Nexus Mod Manager did you open the Manager and see that the .esp was ticked? Also some modifications do not, like texture replacers, do not have an .esp file. And what do you mean by the reference to Steam? Did you activate the mod with them?

 

Considering how little information that was supplied with the mod you just might have to contact the mod author via Private Message for instructions.

I think it means that files were put into Data folder that is inside Fallout4 folder that is inside Steam folder somewhere :). But can`t be sure . Puting files into Data is not enough, normally you have to edit some ini files to allow mod installation. And you should also add the plugin name to the plugins.ini . You can google how to do all this, there are tutorials here and elsewhere.

I use this mod too, it works just fne for me.
