LoginToDownload
Seems to me some "Sexual Content" (Mild or excessive) tags would make sense to go along with the nudity ones. Maybe city, wilderness and sunset... What about a "Player Characters" tag? Seems it would come in handy for categorizing, but would be a bit hard to maintain if the posters don't tag... theLeeHarvey
I like the idea of a player's character tag. I'm always curious to see what other members characters look like and how they are equipped. I think the adult content tag will suffice for that particular category. A commedy/funny tag. A bug/conflict tag would be good so we could see the problems from conflicting or bugged mods. An Action/Combat tag for fight scenes and such. A scenic/landscape tag. Obviously we need a 'New Mods' tag. Maybe devide that up into weapons, armor, player house, ect. That's about all I can think of at the moment. Anybody got something they want to add? For some strange reason, call me crazy but, I don't think people would use a 'Pointless Images' tag, although it would be nice to have so we could stick all of the crap pictures someplace and ignore them. That would be Ideal.
Pantarou
I enjoy the page as it is. And I hope it won't transform to an boring and dry page where censorship and patronizing rules. Its refreshing to see no big "censored" tags and other oppression of the free mind.Sure, in numbers the common taste surpasses the originality of the few, but we shouldn't brand them all as teens only in need of porn and gore.Or those baaaaad anime-fans ( which would hurt me aswell ) . I haven't played my vanilla oblivion on the 360 again after I saw the great projects going on at the PC version which was one reason more to build a suitable one.Would be very sad if we go back to "family-friendly-over-all". But is there an "tag-honestly-before-upload" system already in use yet ? Since I don't need/use any filters here.Hopefully no one got really upset by this, since its only my opinion. LoginToDownload
I think we've already established that any filters would be totally voluntary, like the adult filters are now, and for the time being there's no tagging system for images (And, as far as mods go, people tend not to tag anyways...). LHammonds
I enjoy the page as it is.I suppose if you have thousands of pictures, you also keep them all in the same folder. ;) And I hope it won't transform to an boring and dry page where censorship and patronizing rules.Where did this come from? Its refreshing to see no big "censored" tags and other oppression of the free mind.Oppression of the free mind....very funny. The current search tag idea allows you to find image much easier than you do now. I don't think there was any mention of additional rules for deleting images. But of course, images are deleted if they have nothing to do with the TES games. ;) Sure, in numbers the common taste surpasses the originality of the few, but we shouldn't brand them all as teens only in need of porn and gore. Or those baaaaad anime-fans ( which would hurt me aswell).wait a minute...you enjoy the site as is but you would use a filter for "porn," "gore" and "anime?" Welcome aboard and thanks for contributing to the requested tags. ;D :thanks: I haven't played my vanilla oblivion on the 360 again after I saw the great projects going on at the PC version which was one reason more to build a suitable one.Would be very sad if we go back to "family-friendly-over-all".Another one of those "huh, where did this come from" moments. This is about finding what you want and avoiding what you don't...such as bad anime and porn. But is there an "tag-honestly-before-upload" system already in use yet? What exactly do you mean here? If there is any kind of abuse on this site, anyone can click a report button to have moderators zero-in on the problem area and take care of it. Hopefully no one got really upset by this, since its only my opinion. Not here. It's good to work things out. That's what forums are for. ;) LHammonds
neo_niko99
Maybe after we click the submit button, a small window popping out, reminding us whether we already choose one the tags correctly? Once i upload a pic and forgot to choose the tag, but luckily there was an error in the name so i can choose the right tag
neo_niko99
Wait a minute! I'm new in this forums n i want to know, do the tags really helpful in sorting the pics? Cause right now i only see name, upload date, views, rating in organise slot, so if i want to separate the nude n not, and searching for an aesthetic pics, how can i do that? Thx! LoginToDownload
We're actually discussing implementing tags/category searches/filters. There aren't any tags right now for images. In theory you would do it through an advanced search/filters, looking at the aesthetics category while "disabling" anything with a nudity tag. Sarya
How about expanding aesthetic tag by adding, let's say, romantic tag, or, as another example, adult tag by adding violence tag? There's another thought here. There really many tags for mods, just for any specific case, and it's damn useful, but I doubt a large amount of tags will work for pictures. People uploading pictures will never pay so much attention to tags to choose an exactly correct one among dozens. If they care to choose at all. So, even if expanding the tags' amount it shouldn't be too large.
LoginToDownload
Ooh, I like the "romance" tag. I think LHammonds suggested a "violence" tag way back when he suggested it, though. You do have a point about avoiding too many tags, but half the beauty of tagging is that it's not just the uploader who can tag. (In fact, it seems to me that mod-uploaders already go without using tags a lot)
