kitcat81
Somebody, please help me to understand what this means .. just can you tell me this it in another words . I`m not a newbie in English, have been learning it for more than 10 years, but I just don`t understabnd this part "deleted out from under them" . From wiki:"Unable to call X - no native object bound to the script object, or object is of incorrect typeThis error appears when native function X, which is non-global, is called on an object variable which does not point at an actual object in game. This usually happens in ActiveMagicEffect scripts which can have their effect deleted out from under them, or when calling certain functions on objects in containers." I get this error for the line that tells my effect to dispel itself and though I don`t get any visible in-game problems , I wanted to see if I can fix it. joemitchell320
Can't help with the scripting part, but 'deleted out from under them' means that something else (not the original spell/function) removed the effect. example; SpellFunctionA casts MagicEffectASomethingElse removes the MagicEffectASpellFunctionA tries to remove MagicEffectA but can't, because SomethingElse has already removed MagicEffectA. This example is SomethingElse 'deleting MagicEffectA out from under SpellFunctionA' does that help? I'm not always the best with examples. The English language is a giant mess, I don't envy anyone trying to make sense of it, haha.

I just did not know that "under" can be used this way. So it literally means from outside.
