Doesn't matter to the engine what we think should work, that load order is controlled by the templates and time stamps of the mods.

as far as I am concerned, it's still wrong.

A user can change this by using this tool (FNVPlugin.jar) load each one and save them, from that point on, those two will load under any esm file.

You might as well stack it all right under fallout3.esm

Streetlights IS a master file, it once was an esp file..so flagged. Look at how it operates? It's must sit where it goes above Broken steel. But, it IS a master file.

Those there are not. This argument is very old and I really don't want to get into it.

The GECK does not produce false flagged esp's IT does not make masters. we do.

A Plugin esp file must follow a master esm file Not ride above it. The fact the time stamps on those are not set is the authors fault.

They can take the advice or leave it. want the game to run correctly then do as your told.

I really don't want to leave anyone guessing.

To think I can do this with fallout 3's base code and no mods added on running at 50 - 60 FPS average

you might think I might know a thing or two.

Passion about the raw materials and how it all works is not just a pass time for me.

You can not do this with EMB's, and here's the killer thing, all that you see before you is contained inside 1 plugin set of instructions and not additional mesh or textures.

This is all done from using the geck to change things. In the back ground is a house on fire.

I respond slow 'cause I'm a full time student so like, I got stuff to do a lot. Not because my internet is bad. It is bad, but that is unrelated.

Anyway, I'll try what you suggested for merge patching.

As it shows in my profile I am always around.

I can tell.

Regardless, I downloaded FNVEdit, fixed load order issues, made a merged patch, started a new save, and still freezes in the same spot as usual.

I can assure you it is not a computer specs problem too.

Send me that saved game file, I wanna look at some things here.

I have toooooooools I am gonna break down and use.

I was gonna Eyeball your load order again but, I have a feeling you have a corrupted install of a mod, something is not there the game is asking for, a mesh file that is corrupted on load will cause the game to freeze. My hope is that data call will be saved.
