Overlapping mods hills in Anvil - help

[Amczek]

OOO (Obscuro's overhaul) mod was causing me troubles (ctds too often even with patches) so I removed it...

And now some bulding (for example in Anvil) are underground. Which mod causes this?

I tried disabling all mods buuuut it CTD instantly.

I added also tcl view that there are - in fact - buildings under this hill. >>

Less important second thing: no matter what I try to do, Better Cities version of Imperial City have invisible walls (when acessin arboreteum I start underground) or -in Arena Disctrict- sometimes ground is way too high to access buildings. Even withouth other mods.

Another (more or less):
Indoors after dark. Instant CTD when entering anything with windows after dark.

Maybe be the thing with Immersive Interiors but I do hope to make it work somehow.

 

Is there Papyrus like in Skyrim to see why CTD?
