MajKrAzAm
That's the point. Pundits forget that first and foremost, Trump is a repudiation of the modern GOP. The Republican Party are an empty vessel, they have absolutely no principles except tax cuts for the wealthy and the defense of Israel. They don't put up more than a token fight against the progressive onslaught. The average GOP politician is only good at giving a concession speech. They have surrendered on every important cultural issue to the left and have sold out the American worker to international capital through labor arbitrage. The election of Trump is a reaction to this.

"Trump is a repudiation of the modern GOP."Hehe that's for damn sure. He's an orange anomaly. Both parties are looking rather poor, the Libs are angry and rebellious, the Repubs are divided and unsure. We are in for an interesting four years. skyquest32
The outbursts we are seeing following Trump's election are very worrying. I have never before seen public meltdowns like this in my life. They represent something deeply wrong with our culture and portend a very dark future. I find it difficult to avoid the conclusion that we are seeing the beginnings of a cold civil war. A lot of people realize that big changes are happening concurrently in the West, but we are yet to assess the exact extent of these changes except to say that what we are witnessing the end of the neoliberal consensus that has dominated for decades.Liberal shamiberal there are plenty of Repubs thinking WTZ is he doing?Trump thinks and is relying on the idea that he has captured the hearts and souls of a silent majority and he may be right. If that's true we all are in for a very bumpy ride. Hes the best hope we have right now to protect and bring back our culture and values we hold as sacred. Hes given the silent man the courage to stand up in this carnival freak show and be heard. People don't want there country and there lives to keep going to hell in a hand basket like this. He has given hope to the downtrodden and a voice to those that could not speak for fear of slander. If it meant electing Donald Trump so be it. Hes not a perfect man, not in the ordinary since the kind of man you would expect for the job...but if they let him, if he stands true in honor, this unusual man...he will get the job done. This man is not just a bunch of talk, within the limits of what he can realistically do, he will do. Compared to other politicians there is almost no limit to the wave he can make. Its ripples will be felt for years to come. We now have the tools, we have our strange champion in office, its not ideal, but I say lets rock and roll. Hey, it beats the alternative of a truly stranger and dystopian future...judging from the present that's where things were heading. A world where no thinking man would want to live. Of course trump wont do it all by himself but its a big victory. One man however imperfect can help to change the world. He is a true hero of our times. How do you eat a elephant? One bite at a time. NCRForever
Ok. Ok. Let's get back on track. This isn't the "Why Trump Won" post. This is asking what people thought about a modder is blaming Trump becoming president as his reason for removing his mods. If you want to banter about Trump being awful, or Hillary being cheated, please take it elsewhere. Thank you.
