gandalftw
One can make claims about anything but without proof or accumulated research one doesn't have a leg to stand on.Ok what research do you want pertaining to what claim exactly? To get you the correct stuff I have read, I must understand what claim you are refuting. Is it as to relative numbers of known musical genius at a young age? The forming of personalty and effect on ability at a young age? Or the fact of voices changing at puberty, and this effecting singing? Hehehe...i'm not refuting anything i'm just trying to understand.I don't accept your answers is all. That is a healthy attitude. Sorry ,i was in a hurry yesterday.I'm just curious about what is going on in the brain of a someone that develops an extraordinary talent at such a young age.I'm sure there are a huge number of factors involved.Genetics, environment, psychology, brain development, nurturing.I'll probably never understand but it's a fascinating subject. The video i just uploaded is pretty fascinating in that she appears to be practicing spontaneously.

skyquest32
Youth is largely overrated except when it comes to physical health. Philosophically speaking there are no advantages whatsoever in this developmental stage. One may remember it fondly, but with a little thought there is regret also, an age full of errors, a buggy sort of life stage. Actually, the first three years of life is a critical period of brain development, that's when nurturing can have a huge impact on a child's brain, not to mention, ego development.Anyway, i'm more interested in the child that develops an extraordinary talent because not all achieve the sort of ability that would be considered extraordinary. gandalftw
Genius kids, again, though fascinating i am really more interested in the seemingly ordinary kids that have an extraordinary talent in only one area. Similar to the autistic or savant that excels in one particular area of expertise.
