Not seeing any entries on Cambridge or College. But I do know that many Brotherhood Knights are around the road near Corvega from Lexington, and I've seen Brotherhood Knights in College. I've killed some Knights in and around the area. I don't know if that helps, but there are a lot of red and orange in NPC for Brotherhood data, Face Morphs and Respawns.

 

I also killed almost every Brotherhood soldier I came across throughout my play through.

well, does the merged patch make any differences?

 

answer only if you have not tried the alternate methods yet.

 

There are only so many NPCs available in main game, if they are the targets, they all are in error due to armor and face changes.

 

that area has tons and tons of spawn makers. This is most likely cell overload due to these mods for that cell section.

 

you choose what to turn off in Nmm and test in game. ME, I would turn off all of them and test 1 at a time

I turned off the conflicting PLUGINS in NMM, did not help, crashed. Prior to this the other day I had removed all mods by disabling them. Did not help, still crashed. However, the game worked on a previous save that took place before Automatron and many other quests. Those spawns worked fine then too. Interesting.

 

All the mods worked fine in previous saves, however I wonder if the leveled lists are an issue too.

 

Do you want me to enable the merged patch? I haven't cleaned any files yet or undeleted references.

Off the top of my head, I know there's a Red Rocket in that area, Collegiate Admin, College Square, The Police Station.

 

An older save will work, although it's very very far back (about 4 Day's of game time). But such is the Fallout experience. I'm just wondering if the same issue will trigger when I progress from that save too. That would be brutal.

That pretty much tells me the saved game is too far corrupted ,it it's self may require cleaning using saved game tools, but that requires a bit of skill and knowledge.

 

IF an older save works, you can't expect the future will hold the same results.

 

For the sake of this saved games results, it is time consuming to look for the bug that resides within it. The above quote dictates the course of action required, it's up to you to decide to chase ghosts. I'll do it, but if it is not necessary to do so if there is an alternative available, it can be considered a waste of time.

 

I have played around with Salvage operations enough to know there is a lot of work required for such a thing "recovering a saved game file", but it's up to that user to decide it's value.

 

IF the data, all the mods 'WORK" with an older saved game file? then I suggest you settle for that...and then find out if it is assumption of fear, or reality is clear.

Sudy'd this issue for a bit more, made some drastic changes based on the posts about the things involved you posted above.

 

you said you had installed a ghoul mod and are using armor mods.

 

you Have NO idea how many argo Blocks are in this location....None.

you need to test this.
