[LE] Custom Mesh shows up perfect in NifSkope and Creation Kit but has issues in-game

Hello everyone. I'm working on a mod for Skyrim classic edition and have run into some issues with a custom mesh I created in NifSkope. I put one of the Argonian horn sets on the vampire dog from Dawnguard and everything seemed to be going fine until I got into the game. The mesh shows up without issue in both NifSkope and the Creation Kit. In the game however the horns disappear and reappear seemingly whenever the dog is actively attacking. All of the animations show up perfectly in the Actor form in the Creation Kit so I don't know if the animations are the issue.

Here is the mesh file I'm working with. Below you can see pictures of it showing up just fine in NifSkope and the Creation Kit.

And here you can see that the horns don't always appear in game.

If I can figure out what I'm doing wrong on this mesh it will open up so many more possibilities for the rest of my mod so I would really like to get this figured out. Any help would be much appreciated and thank you for your time.

From the looks of things, ur horn mesh doesn't have a bsdismember modifier(skin information should be included in bsdismemberment as opposed to NiSkinInstance). You need to apply one in 3dsmax or Blender, select all of the model's vertices, then set it to the Skyrim Body partition.

I was unable to import the mesh into Blender but I did convert every NiSkinInstance to a BSDismemberSkinInstance and added a Skyrim body partition to it and I'm still receiving the same issue except now the mesh is unstable in the Creation Kit (it's causing random crashes). It still loads up in the game without crashing but the horns are still phasing in and out of existence. If this is something that I will need to use Blender/3dsmax to fix could you point me in the direction of a tutorial for doing that? I've tried searching around and my Google skills have failed me.
