Animations that are not completely and utterly s***.

So i was hoping that the community could fix one bethesda's retardation that i can't fix myself.

Skyrim's amimations are terribad. I would like a mod (probably from multiple people) that does the following...

Makes npc's use their body when they talk to help show emotions. With some sound to go with this (as mute movement is very odd)

Adds alternative animations for most actions that are often contextual (npc's will pick the fastest way to get out of bed when under attack)

Adds extra animations for new activities (drinking potions , using weapons in water, leaning against walls, playing the lute whilst sitting, fighting injured, dying, burning to death, embracing other npcs etc)

Improves or removes kill animations

Changes weapon/ spell animations for novices and expert/masters so that you can see where an enemy is at and feel some progression when you change your animations! ( So there are three sets of animations.. Novice, apprentice and expert. In subsequent versions there could perhaps be a difference between the apprentice and adept and even the expert and the master, but i would not make that a priority)

One other thing which would be truly excellent is the use of bump maps to emulate muscle movement

I'm sure that once the Creation Kit is out, we'll be seeing these animations improved, and fairly quickly at that. I would agree that many potential animations are either left out or not optimized well, but I wouldn't really blame Bethesda; they did have a deadline for Skyrim, and I'm sure that if they didn't have to conform to 11/11/11, vanilla Skyrim would be much improved. So, I'm fine with the animations as they are, for now. I'd like changes, but I'm willing to be patient.

The only one that really bothers me is NPC movement up and down staircases. It's like they're climbing stairs while on a pogo stick just bouncing up and down.
