Standalone of main mod part - Best Way?

Hello,

When doing a standalone of a small part (the workshop build'ables) of my larger mod, what's the best way to do it?

Right now (in house), I am:

-Copying the nifs, textures, materials with the same names into a new folder (Ex: blahblahStandalone) with same folder structure (up to that folder) and, of course, packed into a BA2, along with the install/uninstall script and whatever else.

-Leaving all the statics with the same ID.

-Using differently ID'd quest, formlists, keywords, artobjects and recipes.

-Using a differently named install/uninstall script in the quest (though the script is, functionally, the same).

Am I going to run into trouble if someone installs both, uninstalls the standalone and installs the main, vice versa, installs one and *then* uninstalls the other?

Am I missing something?

Thank you.
