Albalrogue
Hi, I've been trying to mod Fallout 3 with the geck because I really want to have the pyramid outfit from one of the mods on nexus but without him chasing me everywhere. So I started a mod and created the equiment and weapon that I wanted (having used models) and put them on the map. However, it seems that when I press on the save button, the map window of the geck flashes white for an instant and then nothing happens. I looked in the fallout 3 data file but cannot see the savefile. Could somebody help me with this problem please?
panzersharkcat
Did you have it set as an administrator? It will otherwise send it somewhere else on your computer. Search Computer for the name of your file and it should be there.

M48A5
Are you using the right version of the GECK? I have seen posts where the problem was that the person had downloaded the New Vegas version of the GECK and was trying to mod FO3 by mistake. Check the splash screen when the GECK starts and it will show which version you are using.

Patton171
Did you set the fallout3.esm as masterfile and your .esp as active file to begin with? if not.. than it's probably best to start over and do it right this time.. it only allows you to save (and overwright the current file) if you have it set as active file.
