Heartcloud
I have this very weird bug - I cannot save the game in the Imperial City Market Region, but I can save the game normally anywhere else. I click "save", and doesn't matter if I use a new slot or overwrite existing one, it'll say "save successfully", but it didn't really save at all. In fact if I choose to overwrite existing file, that old file will be lost forever but no new save is made. If I keep clicking "save" then eventually the game will freeze when I exit the save window. The only clue I have is I installed a new mod today that puts a chest with clothes in market region near the entrance gate. But the mod doesn't do anything other than create a container with nonscripted clothes in it. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this? LFact
Have you checked the cell name? I remember certain cheat item mod changed Bruma worldspace and some cell name to Russian, causing same issue. I had to edit the plugin to change names back. **If the cell name is changed to French, Italian, German, or whatever language that uses Latin alphabet, you won't have save problem. But if the language is Russian, Japanese, or whatever language that uses different system, the save problem occurs if the game is not modified(via additional dll file or something) for such languages. Heartcloud
That could be possible. The outfits contain some names that are in Chinese. How do I tell if it changes the cell name and how can I revert it back?

Heartcloud
I just checked and it indeed changes market region into its Chinese name. How can I revert it back? Is it some setting in construction set?

You can change it in Construction Set, but in TES4Edit, you can edit the record by right click->edit. Once you can edit record, drag vanilla cell/worldspace name on modified cell/worldspace name.
