CTD on Fast Travel

Hey guys,

So out of nowhere, my game has started crashing anytime I fast travel. It just happened out of the blue one day and has kept happening ever since.

Between when the game was working fine and when it started crashing, I didn't install anything new.

 

Before anyone asks, I have tried disabling autosave, I have loaded new Skyrim.ini files, I have tried reinstalling the entire game (mods included), I have tried cleaning my save, I have tried everything, but the game still crashes.

 

I enabled Papyrus logging, and these are the final lines of the crash log:

Post your load order. Papyrus logs don't really help much.
