SirStriped
New to modding, I messed up my save so I figured I would just start with actual guides for good mods and set ups. So I started with realvision enb and I got it set up, tested it in game and it worked. Then I started with animations, which the guide I was following was fairly vaque, just a reddit post with a vague download order. Now I used alternate start to get into character creation quicker. I dont think this is the problem. When I start the new game it brings me to the customization screen. I have body slider and CBBE and can see all the options. If I go to scult I can see the outlined face and head. However, I can only see the eyes for the actual model. So I tested to see what would happeen if I made a character, in 3rd person I can not see the eyes and I can only see a couple things in game. A few blue bodies that are off at a distance. What looks like a flat grass texture, and a flaming ring (assuming part of a lantern or torch). In first person I can see my hands and arms if I punch stuff and animations work fine. I can walk and interact with objects. All my mods I currently have on NMM if it mattersAlternate STartApachiiskyhairbearsbetter makeup for sksebetter malesbodyslidebrowsCBBEclimates of tamrielclimates of tamriel weather patchEBDEnhanced Lights and FXFemale Facial animationFeminine argonianfeminine khajiitFNISHDTimproved NPC clothingMint lightning modCoT and mint Lighnting patchmagic casting animations overhaulPCA 1hm overhaulpretty combat animationspretty female idlespretty jump animationspretty sit idlerace menurealistic ragdolls and forcereal vision enbremodeled Armor CBBEShowRaceMenu precache killerSkyUISupreme Storms CoTEyes of the beautyTrue StormsUnofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition PatchXP32 skeleton
snelss0
I hope that this isn't your mod load order. The order of mods is important. If you are using LOOT, make sure you've hit apply. Also, hit the 3 dots in the upper right of the application and copy your load order, then paste it here. It could also be your system messing up, so you might want to follow the pinned topic at the start of the forum "asking for help"

snelss0
Well, it's not mod conflict related as far as I can see, but perhaps you are missing some textures? Perhaps redownload your skin mods and verify your game cache to see if it replaces them. That or maybe try googling your issue. Sorry I personally can't be more help. Maybe someone else will know more.

I can do the basic gameplay stuff myself. Since the last guide I followed clearly doesnt work for me :P Figured it is worth asking. Probably will google and try again. snelss0
1) https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/906390-cleaning-skyrim-for-fresh-install/2) S.T.E.P has a huge guide you can go through I guess. I've just figured out that as long as I keep my mods in the below order (letting LOOT make changes of course), it doesn't really matter what mods I'm installing as long as they don't conflict with the same scripts. SkyrimUpdateDawnguardHearthfiresDragonbornUSLEEP[other .esms]Highrestex 123Unofficial highres patch[utility mods] (papyrus, skse scripts, ui extensions, stuff like that)[other .esps]Brawlbug Fixes[Texture mods] (mods that make skyrim look good)[body Meshes/textures] (Mods that make your player, npcs or creatures look better)FNIS[all animations]XPMSE[anything that LOOT sorts after] I use crash fixes mod to have a stable game. Have rarely ever crashed. Pushing 253 mods.
twiztedmongoloid
I advise following STEP principles and using their guide as a guideline. You dont need to follow it exactly but use it for setup and basic mod ordering as well as mod ideas. Its generally advised tho that beginners deviate as little as possible...for obvious reasons. Since you have decent hardware here are some amazing STEP hosted/based guides i strongly advise and use myself. http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Neovalen/Skyrim_Revisited_-_Legendary_Edition http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Darth_mathias/SRLE_Extended_Legacy_of_The_Dragonborn http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Paul666root/SRLE_LOTD_Reqtified The mod list in my sig was built using this http://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9.2 Also to further help you in skyrim modding https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/wiki/troubleshooting_guide https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/wiki/beginners_guide Also check out GamerPoets on YouTube for the best installation tutorials you will find.
