LieutenantHawk
I am trying to make a music MOD for Skyrim. I've downloaded DirectX SDK but the xWMAEncode.exe won't work for some reason. I've typed in all the right things but it won't convert the files. Since it seems to work so easily for others, would anyone be willing to let me send them the files, convert them for me and send them back? I've already got all of them lined up and ready for conversion. I will definnitely give credit to whoever does this for me whenever I upload the MOD. Thanks! DeathVest
I am able to sucessfully dissect the xwm files and turn wav into xwm, yet cannot get the new files to work in ESV. the stock/vanilla sounds that are repacked into the BSA with the custom songs work fine. I wonder if I'm not using proper sample/bitrates???I spent half the weekend sorting out some classics and coveting/organizing etc.. now stuck.. doObietime. I'll help in anyway I can though.I should throw a DL up for the 2 bat files and the executable... you simply place them into the folder that you extract the Skyrim - Sounds.bsa into then click on the proper .bat for the cnversion u like to do: wav->xwm or: xwm->wav. there are a few keys to getting the bat to work if u make it from scratch. make sure that ur windows is set to show known file extensions (thru C.P.) and save ur bat as all files in ansii. 0_o. okok I'll get it sorted out and make a dl-able after the sesshhh -_0 Edited January 23, 2012 by DeathVest
