Got done talking to Simms and thing came running at me faster than any ghoul i ever seen run. tried fighting him but he had more HP than a goddamned reaver. So i just console killed him. I think it had something to do with a clutter mod or something bringing out cut content. EDIT* now that i saw the other guys load order and the rubble and clutter remover. Im pretty sure thats it.
