canis39
My current characters: Kelemal - Redguard male - warrior/archer Former military man who had settled down with his family in Hammerfell. When a group of bandits killed his family, he dedicated his life to tracking them down. He tracked them to Skyrim and it turned out they were Elves...so killing them wasn't enough. He also joined the Stormcloaks to try to rid Skyrim of Elvish influence. Vanerial - Argonian female - mage/assassin Vanerial was given up for adoption when she was very small and was adopted by a kindly dockworker, who moved to Skyrim when Vanerial was just 3 years old. She has watched her adopted mother struggle to make ends meet and now that she is old enough, she's decided that she's going to try to make it on her own. She's been studying magic in secret, so she's ready to unleash her skills on Skyrim. She has heard about a boy in Windhelm who has no family, so she is headed there to see if there's anything she can do to help him.
mellophonist
I've liked quite a few that I've read so far! Here's mine! The Story of Zephyrus Character layout: Class- Thief/werewolfSkills- Marksmanship, pick-pocketing, sneaking, survival-ism, speech and using light armors Factions- Companions, Theives Guild, Dark Brotherhood, Dawnguard As a child she grew up on a small farm just outside of Kavatch. She often dreamt of the cities and what people would do with their lives when they had money, a luxury she had never known. After years of monotonous farm work and teenage anxt, she decided to run away from home to live a life as an adventurer, the moon was full the night she left home. On her first night on her own she found herself alone in the woods, a place she had no experience in. Little did she know she was being stalked... When she had made camp and went to bed for the night, a werewolf which had been following her, attacked the poor girl. She fought back with all her might but the beast was far more powerful then herself. Just when she thought all was lost, a crossbow bolt pierced the beasts head. Not entirely sure what had just happened and obviously in shock she passes out. When she wakes, she finds herself in a well lit room with a man dressed in robes sitting in a chair next to the bed. The man explained that she had been attacked by a werewolf and that his comrades, the Vigilant of Stendar, had saved her life. She lives with them for a time learning of the evils of the deadra and undead and training in the ways of the bow. That is until the next full moon came... The Vigilant thought they had cured her of her lycanthropy but it would have seemed the Hircine himself decided to pick his new champion and used her to attack the Vigil. They fought bravely but were soon defeated by her new found strength. She regained control of her consciousness and was horrified at what she had done. She ran away, however the other Vigil members soon caught word of the massacre and followed suite. She ran for days, always the Vigil not far behind. With all this time to think she started to despise the Vigil for holding her back, they were just afraid of her power. Eventually she lost them, but on her way to Skyrim to try and lose them for good she fell into an Imperial ambush who were trying to catch Ulfric Stormcloak. She didn't realize it at the time, but she had jumped from the frying pan and into the fire...
Rymdapa
Making up a character concept before playing the game is a bad idea IMO. That's why I don't stay 100% on my character's traits but in short terms it's a khajit male who after an unfortunate and criminal business background fled from his birthplace Elsweyr after things got sour for him to illegally cross the Skyrim border and brought to Helgen where you-know-the-rest. He's also noteworthy for his incurable chewing gum-addiction if anyone's asking. The problem I have with Skyrim is that the characters that already exists as NPC's are so dull, one dimensional and forgettable that it would leave zero affection on me or my character at all. They rarely let you talk about yourself and instead portray how sterile, cold and boring they feel. With every poor excuse of character in Skyrim it already feels like the story is over Edited February 3, 2014 by Rymdapa

cruzkitwiz
Chase: Male/Breton Picture this, if you will... A young man who you may regret never knowing.... Yes, I can see it in your eyes. I see that you are looking for something, perhaps somebody? Before you go inside the bar, please, heed my warning! I know who you seek! He's tall, good looking and overflowing with charisma. I understand the feeling. The desire to fulfill this question that has been on your mind. This something, this someone knows the answers.Soft whispers from the edges of your mind seem to be pushing you towards him. Yes, him. This stranger seems to be calling for you, begging you to join him. How can you resist? You enter the bar and your eyes are drawn toward a dark figure in the corner. He looks up at you and gives you that little boy smile that could melt the coldest of hearts. He greets you with a warm hug and all the measures of a long lost friend. "I've been expecting you..." He says in your ear as he takes your hand and the both of you melt into the darker areas of the bar. You feel at ease. You have this completed feeling that washes over you in a never ending flow. What's happening? You find yourself following this stranger to the dark ends of Skyrim! How can this be? This isn't like you! Yet you are having the time of your life! "You do trust me, don't you?" He asks you, like so many times before. You shudder as the mere thought of not trusting him seem to be completely insane. Bar fights, Treasures of gold and jewels! Dragon battles and running from the law! Yet now everything seem like dream. You try to remember, but everything is fading. Suddenly you remember the cold side of his pillow, the breathing, a heavy heart beat...closing your eyes and feeling the endless love making....Darkness... emptiness...What is happening? Wait... No.. please...No! You open your eyes and find your self just outside the bar. Exiting the bar you see someone you swear you know. He greets you.... "Hello there, the names Chase...Have we met before? No? Perhaps not." He winks and walks away. Just one of my characters....

Rymdapa
Making up a character concept before playing the game is a bad idea IMO. I believe this thread was started for immersion junkies like myself so I don't see the validity of this comment. I wasn't saying that I don't like putting me in a character's role, just that I won't develop my character before I start playing. If I said I would be a powerful nord before I saw how cool the khajits looked I would have preferred being a skinny-looking khajit or whatever. I have a pretty detailed character concept to my khajit if I might say so myself but I don't like feeling entitled to it or that I can't change things about him. That's what I meant with "before playing the game" Edited February 3, 2014 by Rymdapa
farmland1995
Garett Hawke ( Base on Dragon Age II ) Male Imperial After defeated the Templar Commander in Kirkwall, Hawke decided to leave. Before he leave, one knight Templar came to Hawke but didn't show his name. He made Hawke a knight templar ( due to the fact that I'm wearing and using a lot of Templar armor and weapon ). Hawke left Kirkwall but his ship was destroyed by a terrible thunder storm. Hawke woke up and found himself in a different world to the world he has seen. He was lying in the beach because he was tired and exhausted. A man name Ralof saw Hawke and called him. Hawke asked " What is this place " and Ralof answered : " Skyrim. Your ship were trapped into a transport storm known as The Elder Storm. I don't know where you came from but I need your help now ". Then the story began, Hawke followed Ralof without any question and suddenly knocked down by a man. Hawke then woke up after a few hours and found himself on a cart. After Alduin destroyed Helgen, Hawke followed Hadvar instead and asked about everything he could ask. Then he knew that Alduin is the husband of the dragon in Dragon Age act III. Alduin seeked revenge, asked his father Akatosh to bring Hawke to Skyrim. But Akatosh had another plan, in one night, Akatosh gave his power to Hawke while Hawke was sleeping. You guys know the rest. Hawke killed the Blades, killed the Dark Brotherhood, killed Ulfric, killed Alduin, killed Miraak and once again, he bacame the champion of another place. Skyrim. Elisif married him and finally they had a son called.... Damn, I have to sleep now ;)
