remove Underwater grass by cuagg do you need permission?

Wondered if you need permission to upload a mod like cuaggs that removes underwater grass, I asked him but dont know if hes on this still.

You would need the permission of the Mod Author if your intention is the upload it to another site. Though the permissions tab for that mod seems to indicate they are not interested in other people using that mod for other purposes. In other words, no one has permission. Insignificant Object Remover also removes the underwater grass though and is already available for the Special Edition if you're interested.

Yeah its very unfortionate, Luckily I found a workaround and did my own thing.

They hid the meshes I removed the grass objects completely through ck.
