CommiePenguin Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 I remember way back there was a mod for Fnv that added a merchant in goodsprings (right after the road bends away from the prospector saloon and to the left). For the life of me i just can't remember what mod it belonged to or what it was called. I could only remember two weapons they sold called 5000 or 50,000 Volts and a melee weapon mailbox. The vedor was also wearing armor very similar to the NCR Ranger armor but with blood stains and was grey, the merchant also sold this armor.
