need dialogue help please

When making a new female dremora npc and is not hostile and you engage in conversation the default greetings is "Hi". How do you change this? I tried creating something new first in GREETING and then HELLO topics that points to the unique dremora I created but it still doesn't seem to pick up. I can't seem to find where "Hi" is. Is that what you need to change or is that a hard coded default?

The dialogue either needs to be higher on the list of greetings for that NPC, (dialogue filtered by the NPC) or needs to be attached to a quest of higher priority (I think).

If HELLO is what is said on first engaging conversation then it should work. My addition would be the only dialogue under HELLO for this particular NPC unless somehwere else a GetRaceIs==Dremora condition is overriding it. Gonna have to do little more digging I guess but those lists are not fun to sort through. You shouldn't have to attach it to a quest or even addtopic on it I would think.
