MrKitty12
Alright, so, a long while ago I made a post about my game CTD-Ing. I quit the game after I couldn't get help. But after a while, I decided to come back and take a look, but now I am armed with the knowledge of Papyrus logging. The game crashes randomly, weather it be on quicksaves, entering/exiting an area, or just walking in the wilderness. The last thing in my Papyrus0.log before the crash was this: [02/05/2017 - 05:13:55PM] [DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript < (040177DB)>]OnPackageStart()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:11PM] [DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript < (040177DB)>]OnPackageStart()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:14PM] [DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript < (040177DB)>]OnPackageStart()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:16PM] RNPC: Periodic update check.[02/05/2017 - 05:14:22PM] [DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript < (040177DB)>]OnPackageStart()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:24PM] [DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript < (040177DB)>]OnPackageStart()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:25PM] [bYOHHouseBuildingPlayerScript <alias Player on quest BYOHHouseBuilding (0300305D)>]: None, [Location < (0001927B)>][02/05/2017 - 05:14:25PM] [byohhousebuildingscript <BYOHHouseBuilding (0300305D)>] PlayerChangeLocation: oldloc=None, newloc=[Location < (0001927B)>][02/05/2017 - 05:14:25PM] [DCL1VampireTurnPlayerScript <alias Player on quest DLC1VampireTurn (0200588C)>]OnLocationChange()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:25PM] [dlc1radiantscript <DLC1Radiant (02004C1C)>]CreateQuestBasedOnLocation([Location < (0001927B)>])[02/05/2017 - 05:14:25PM] [dlc1radiantscript <DLC1Radiant (02004C1C)>]CreateQuestBasedOnLocation([Location < (0001927B)>]) is NOT creating a quest: as Location is neither DLC1HunterHQLocation nor DLC1VampireCastleLocation[02/05/2017 - 05:14:27PM] [DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript < (040177DB)>]OnPackageStart()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:30PM] [DLC2PillarBuilderActorScript < (040177DB)>]OnPackageStart()[02/05/2017 - 05:14:39PM] VM is freezing...[02/05/2017 - 05:14:39PM] VM is frozen[02/05/2017 - 05:14:40PM] Saving game...[02/05/2017 - 05:14:40PM] VM is thawing...[02/05/2017 - 05:14:39PM] VM is freezing...[02/05/2017 - 05:14:39PM] VM is frozen[02/05/2017 - 05:14:40PM] Saving game...[02/05/2017 - 05:14:40PM] VM is thawing... snelss0
1. Skyrim itself has cause for plenty crashes. The Unofficial Skyrim Legendary edition patch has helped solve a number of those issues. I highly suggest you install it and load it directly after your dragonborn.esm.2. Make sure your mods are up-to-date, particularly CoT. I don't recall it having so many .esps. Make sure you have the legendary edition selected on it or any mod you have.3. My guess is that there is either a conflict in your weather, your added sound mods, or RND is one of those mods that requires but doesn't mention it requires XPMSE. In any case, I would download both Ragdolls and Force, and Xp32 Maximum Skeleton extended. Load the xpmse.esp just before your alternate start; the ragdolls can go more high in your load order. Other than that, it could be memory instability. Check out the Crash Fixes mod and do what he says. Edited February 5, 2017 by snelss0
twiztedmongoloid
Papyrus logs arent crash logs. They show scripting errors and generally arent going to help you. The mod crash fixes does have a crash log and i strongly suggest using it. https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/wiki/troubleshooting_guide
