The Sunday Discussion - The Skyblivion Team - Recreating Oblivion in the Skyrim Engine

Reading this has made me think of other possibilities that might benifit both users of skyrim and the devs of both renewle proiects. There are many features that did not make the transition from the early games into skyrim, would it be usfull to make mods of these features for use in skyrim so that they could evaluate how best to implement then in thier respective projects. I'm thinking of things like being able to pay a craftsman to improve or enchant your equipment instead of having o do it all yourself thus breaking roleplaying and immersion.

Before they do that, Hell will freeze over :)

They haven't even bothered to fix all the wellknown bugs in Skyrim for the SE version. We basically get a banana game... It ripens after sale. And only with a LOT of mods it becomes the eyecandy we are all used to.

Imagine, taking the same character from morrowind, to oblivion, to skyrim. Sure, you can do a wee bit of creative hand waving. You would start as the nerevarine, then get arrested in cyrodiil for molesting a corpse (anyone recall that conversation?), then you venture forth to skyrim and get nabbed by the border patrol.

cool Idea. Maybe, just MAYBE that will come true
