We know little of the Khajiiti culture, nothing of their language beyond a couple words, and there's only enough information on their homeland to get a general picture. If anything, The Anequina mod for Oblivion should be instituted as canon because that author worked her ass off and got more done in such a short time than I could have ever imagined. In fact, her version of Elsweyr felt more like Skyrim than Oblivion, in retrospect. I'm almost serious about petitioning to make that canon. I'm more inclined to think it's a title, myself.
