Khajit Armor Mod - woudl it be doable?

honestly, im willing tot ry adn tackle this oen myself, but if anyone EXPERIENCED with retexturing/modding existing armors is out there, i would rather someone competent do it.

basically, khajit... you need to wear full sets fo armor to get a lot of bonuses so its a non-negotiable, but when khajit wear them and magically find room for their ears inside their, it looks kinda awkward...

would it be possible (and if so, how hard, since i woudlnt want to try soemthing that woudl be too difficult) would it be to make helmet models on khajit different form their standard ones? liek a variable or whatever that allows ear-holes for the ears to stick out if a khajit is wearing it, but still have the whole helmet with no holes if worn on a non-khajit...

though i guess on heavy armor that would look ridiculous, since heavy armor with holes in the top would be weird too...

maybe armor designed and intended solely for khajit would be ebtter, but thats a lot of work...

Well... i have a basic understanding of armor and helmets. To change size and hide body parts, it uses masking, or temporarily making the body part disappear. It looks like it works in listed areas to mask. Found this out by typing this into the code console. "coc quasmoke"

(without quotes) the code sends you to a testing hall made by the developers. it has every item x3 or 4. to get out, type "coc whiterun". the item used to find this out: Ancient Shrouded Cowl Maskless. Be careful opening the all enchanted armor cabinet. Every findable item with an enchantment is in there x3 of each. Also( cant foget this) press ~ to open the console. press it again to close

Yeah, I understand you probably want something more complex, and as I haven't used the mod I don't know the quality of it, but I was glad I could help a little.
