pekkape Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 (edited) The answer is no. You will need CK to make changes of the NPC's looks and hair. Maybe someone will make a tool later that will make it easier, but I doubt it as CK is the right tool for it when it gets published.You just load the hairmod into CK, make the changes to the NPC's that you want to facelift and save as your own mod or into the hairmod, if you will not update it later that is.
