M48A5
First off, download B.O.S.S. and have it correct your load order. Than, whenever you add a new mod to your load list, run B.O.S.S. again to keep your load order correct. There are a lot of mods that won't work with FOOK, you just have to read the discription page for each mod to check for compatibility with FOOK. I tried to use FOOK at one time but had so many ctd's that I uninstalled it and switched to Fallout Wanderers Edition. You should also download and use FOSE, FOMM and ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated. If you would like a second opinion on FOOK, go to www.fookunity.com. In the FOOK2 bug report there are 903 threads and 5,642 posts. To give you some help before you get B.O.S.S., all ESM's must be first in your load order with the Fallout3.esm at the top followed by the dlc esm. M48A5
You might have better luck than I did using FOMM to change your load order. However, whenever I tried it, it didn't make any changes to the load order, unless I made the changes by dragging and dropping the mods. I downloaded B.O.S.S. to handle my load order since it would usually avoid any conflicts between the mods. And looking at the load order you posted, the esm's and esp's need to be placed in the proper order.
