Fkemman11
I have been searching everywhere for information on how to get started making actual mods( and not just edits). Iv'e read about 3d modeling and animations. Iv'e watched various vids on modding FO4. Looked at the tools needed to make/edit files and the like. TBH, it is all utterly baffling the hell out of me. I don't understand the terminology and when I find an answer- it leads to more questions. What I would like to do is either impossible or very complicated. Specifically, I want to make drivable vehicles. You know- like cars, motorcycles, trucks, tanks, and Apcs. Someone has already said this is impossible without more script extender functions. This may be true. But, I would at least like to try. The problem is that I have zero exp making mods and don't have the feintest clue WHERE TO BEGIN. Am I taking on something to big for me? Any and all advise is appreciated. :geek:
xNxmod
To do this type of things first learn "hello world" about scripting. When you learn how to script, learn papyrus (its used to script for fallout)you also need 3ds max to do animation and this file http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16694/? If this help, give me a kudos
