joebenz
Helpi imported an armor in 3ds max 2013, installed the nif plugin and it imported good with the skeleton. I did some modifications (just deleted some triangles) and exported it without errors.I did a little tweaks in nifskope because everything was black and now the textures are showing up in nifskope. In creation kit the armor shows up fine. But when i load my game the armor is invisible. Only my head and feet are visible.I tried multiple tutorials but it always ends up invisible ingame :sad:This is driving me crazy. I did exactly what this guy did: i did the skin wrapping, BSDismember modifier thing and still is invisible ingame.... joebenz
nvm i figured another way around. I was doing something wrong from the very beginning.Strange whenever i post a problem here that i have been struggling for days, i end up finding the awnser a few hours later after posting. Even if it didn't have any awnsers. What is this sorcery? :O That's some voodoo sh*t right there lol!
Kroekr
What is the answer? Maybe if you posted your answer the bad juju of leaving us on a cliffhanger, wondering what happened won't keep haunting you.

I don't want to be haunted  Ok well in fact i didn't solve the problem in itself. I imported the armor in 3ds max and the skinning and bsdismemeber was already made since it was an armor from the game and not made from scratch. i was redoing the skinning and the bsdismemeber when it was already done so maybe that was the problem. But anyway i redid the importing and did my modifications without touching anything else and simply exported as a nif and it worked like a charm. Kroekr
Thanks for the reply. There are very few things worse than being haunted by a scantily clad old fat man (fat is insulation) with a seriously warped sense of humor.
