Multi-Genre base code?

Have you ever wanted to pull out an assault rifle to fight either a giant, a mammoth, dragon, etc? Or wear spandex, either chucking boulders or using your superpower to fight? To go to the rest of "Tamriel", the plane of Oblivion as a dragonborn, to mix together genres, or play in a custom setting? To pull out your ray-gun, and zap the irradiated / zombies / undead / critters? I would. I suspect other would also. A lot of the necessary stuff has already been made for most superpowers except for things like clinging to surfaces, flying (without causing crashes/falling thru the world, ...), super-speed, and super-leap. Some mods have attempted these, with differing levels of capability, and some errors... The visuals and some effects can be found in the spells of Skyrim for a lot of the attack powers, and some defensive as well... Fallout games have automatic weapons, energy weapons, even if a little clunky... Why duplicate efforts, when you could make the engine a common feature, and then only have to focus on story, artwork, and, what items and features are included in the setting. I hope this gets read by the right people, and, is implemented in future products. Also, have a creation kit with all of the resources available, categorized by genre, perhaps. Maybe I'm asking for the impossible, but, if I don't ask, it may not get done, even though it IS possible... As a side note, having an option to auto-complete a quest that is essential to a story-line, having the quests separated into categories like main, side, optional singles, would be great...

not really but sure others would want guns, that's why we have gun mods around. we also have super hero mods.

flying is hard to do right as the game wasnt built to support it, and no i havent seen clinging to surfaces anywhere but i dont know where it would be used in game.

and? seriously: "An ellipsis is a set of three periods ( . . . ) indicating an omission."

the auto-complete thing has been asked for before and i believe it hasnt been made because auto-completing quests causes glitches and bugs.
