SmileEFace
Hi, So, I'm installing A.L.O.T. with quite a few story mods (EGM, JAM, CEM, etc.). I've done as the ME3Explorer wiki says, unpacking my DLC and building my tree on unmodded files, but the wiki is a little confusing on this point. It seems to be saying that I can (should?) be scanning on DLC content mods, as well, so long as they don't contain texture modifications. So, my questions are: 1. Can I do this? Will it break something?2. Should I do this? What will I get out of it? Basically, I want to know if I should leave the unmodded tree as is and install DLC mods on top of it, or if I should rebuild my tree with DLC mods installed. Any advice would be welcome. moho25
The ME3Explorer wiki is written explicitly by the toolset development team. Mostly, myself. Everything on there is 100% correct and reliable. You can consider it the official "manual" for the toolset. As the wiki explains, if you don't build DLC mods into your tree, you cannot apply textures to them. Any DLC mod file will override the changes in any base game or BW DLC counterpart.
