Loosing my mods

You mean when you activate the ESP via the SkyrimLauncher it doesn't stay that way?

If that's the case, download NMM or Wrye Bash. Awesome programs for installing mods and they'll never deactivate unless you uninstall them or unmark the check.

are you the computer administrator? sounds like a file / folder rights access conflict to me. Mod's dont just up an "uninstall" themselves, they have to be deleted manually. we'd require quite a bit more specific information (to say the least) if you want any sort of actual help.

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I set myself as adiministrator and have no problems with any installation. I installed the game outside the Program Files (86) and I'm using the latest Nexus Mod Manager. The NMM has 3 sections: Plugins, Mods, and Downloads. The mods that deactivate are the Plugins, starting the game gives me a notification that some items are no longer available. This game doesn't crash like Oblivion but darn if it doesn't compensate with all kinds of weird things, including broken quests galore. Once more thanks for the help.
