The floor is not loading in whiterrun.

I'l just start this by saying that this is an isolated issue only to whiterun.

 

Whenever I go to an interior in whiterun certain floors will not load.

And also I'd like to add that I deleted "Holds the city overhaul" manually.

Actually, found out that it was Enhanced Light mod which was causing the issue.

Apparently it conflicted or something or the other.
