qwertystop
Nexus Mod Manager crashes right after I log in. I haven't opened Skyrim since this started, because I don't want to risk anything getting worse. This started happening immediately after the power cord for the computer got kicked (unplugging the computer) while downloading an HD texture mod.Log file: Trace file has been created: TraceLog20120119210713.txtMod Manager Version: 0.13.1.0OS version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1Installed .NET Versions: CDF SP 0 v2.0.50727 SP 2 v3.0 SP 2 v3.5 SP 1 v4 SP 0Tracing is forced: False Discovering Game Mode Factories... Also, I'm new to these forums. Should I put the log file in a spoiler to avoid a wall-of-text, or should I remove the spoilertags?
qwertystop
Never mind, I fixed it. If anyone else has the same problem, I went into the mod folder and deleted the .part files from something that was downloading when it got unplugged. Rabbit1251
Yes, putting your log in a spoiler tag is preferable. And thank you for the update with your problem. This could, indeed, be of help to others in a similar situation. By the way, welcome to the board!! Rabbit

Asininity
I'm currently having the same problem. I can't find what file I'm supposed to delete though!
qwertystop
I'm currently having the same problem. I can't find what file I'm supposed to delete though!Go to whatever folder Nexus Mod Manager saves mods that you've downloaded in. Somewhere in there or in a subfolder, there will be a file named something.part or .partial (can't remember which). Delete that.
kkunderwood
Whatever is wrong with NMM 0.14.0, it has contaminated NMM 0.13.1 after restoring the installation directory. I can no longer logon to Nexus even though I have verified my logon through the web interface.
Asininity
I've searched through my steamapps/common/skyrim/data folder for .part and .partial files. I would think they would be in there, but since I can't start the program I can't find where they were. Do you remember?

Do you remember? Not your Skyrim folder, whichever folder mods go into when you download them (pre-activation). Also, that'll only work if the problem stems from an unexpected shutdown of Mod Manager while you're downloadiing something with it. If that didn't happen, you've got a different problem.
