Crazy technicolour texture glitch in vaults

Okay, so I do run a crudton of mods but overall my game is stable. Everything is there, no crashes, stable FPS, everything's awesome. Then this happened...it only happens in vaults.

 

Solutions tried thus far:

Of course I tried re-loading, turning off the game, restarting my PC and all that.

Verified files through steam

Uninstalled all of my mods and checked it (amazingly my game didn't crash but the texture bug persisted)

Reinstalled my mods.

Updated my graphics driver

 

So I'm at a bit of a loss here tbh.

Any help would be very appreciated. It shows in the corners a lot in vaults. It moves when I move and hurts my head. Sometimes I turn and like the screenshot it's just there full on everywhere but it doesn't flicker or anything. It's just there.

I know, my RAM is low. I'm hoping to fix that soon. Driver version is inaccurate. This is an old screenshot I use because typing it out is a pita.

 

I'm not using the High Res DLC (tried it, was underwhelmed)
