Is there a mod that makes the VATS "move" sound file quieter without getting rid of it?

I like that sound except it's way too loud. I use mp3louder to make the file quieter but that somehow makes it not play in the game.

I'd like to help WungHungLo, but I don't play using the 'VATS' thing, for me it just ruins the flow of the game 'cos it's not 'real'. I know it's only a pc game and so isn't real, but you know what I mean.
