M48A5
B.O.S.S. is Better Oblivion Sorting Software. Yes, it works very well with Fallout3. What it does is, it looks over your game and mods, compares the compatibility and sorts your mods into the correct load order. I use it everytime I add a new mod to my load order. It really does a good job in allowing you to have a lot of mods and not have to worry too much about crashes. You should also get FO3 Edit, set it up and run your load order through it. This will show you the conflicts between your mods and the vanilla game. Make sure you download and print the manual and than read it.

M48A5
You can find B.O.S.S. here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10193.Also, there is a search option on the home page of the Nexus. It's in the upper right corner. There is also an advance search option under the Files button. Just hover your cursor over the button and go to the drop down menu. When I first got FO3 Edit, I was at a loss on how to use it, but there is a link on the page for the manuel. After downloading and reading it, I was able to use FO3 Edit without a problem. Just make sure that Fallout3 is installed outside the programs files. Do not move the FO3 files and try to use FO3 Edit. FO3 Edit looks for Fallout through the registry. This means that were you installed Fallout will be listed in the registry and if you moved it, the registry was not changes and FO3 Edit will not be able to fine Fallout.
