fbice0
I was playing briefly with immersive armors, as I thought it was vanilla friendly reskins only, however after uninstalling it I'm receiving bad editor id errors. http://imgur.com/a/KjtBJ I've tried full resinstall without mods, removing and reacquiring all vanilla esm files, the console commands disable/enable, resetinventory, and recycleactor to no avail. Additionally, drop, removeitem, and additem throw errors for missing parameter objectid. I'm really pulling my hair out here, any help would be great, as even reloading saves from before I installed the mod doesn't help. Kroekr
Sounds like there are some armor/clothing paths still left over on your computer from IA. Since the game will look for loose files before opening the bsa archive, you should check out both the textures and meshes folders to see what is there. fbice0
Thanks for the reply. I performed a complete uninstall on skyrim, including fully deleting anything leftover in the folder and only retained the save during troubleshooting. cdcooley
It's the savegame file itself that's remembering the paths to mods. You can't uninstall mods and continue playing the same character without problems like this (and worse). You need to return to a savegame file from before the time you installed Immersive Armors or start a new character to fix the problem.
TVR262
Hey I had the same problem with a few naked npc's and I found a solution:1. If you uninstalled immersive armors install it again and load your latest save in game.2. Wait for for it to complete configuration you'll see in the upper left corner of your hud says: "Configuring Immersive armors" and then later it will say "Immersive armors has completed configuration". Then just wait a little more for mcm to register a new mod menu you'll know it's done if it says "MCM registered (1) new menu(s)".3. Go in mcm and disable everything of immersive armors make sure you disable npc armor.4. Go to any naked npc's and, open the console, click the npc and type "resetinventory". This will reset their clothes back to the way it is in the vanilla game. This worked for me hopefully it works for anyone else having the same problem.
