All mods configured correctly, BOSS shows no errors, but Oblivion takes forever to load.

I've been building up a modlist for the past 4 hours. Chose each mod that I wanted to install and used Nexus Mod Manager to install each mod compatible with that program. Every other one, I installed manually.

I ran BOSS several times, correcting each error that showed up. Most of my errors were related to FCOM, OOO and MMM. These were all taken care of, usually ending up in replacing MMM with FCOM esps.

Once I start the game (using obse_loader.exe) it sits at the loading screen for a very long time. After about 10 minutes I usually close it out of frustration.

I have looked over my modlist several times, even using Wrye Bash to ensure there are no missing master files. Every mod in Wrye Bash is green, which I assume means compatible with each other.

Using BOSS, it shows no conflicts, but I do see the term "contains dirty edits" and "Needs TES4Edit cleaning".

Any help would be appreciated. Because I can't actually find a way to show my modlist in text, here is a picture of NMM showing all my mods, as well as a copy of a BOSS log.

EDIT: I should mention I have installed ENB as well, although I don't believe that should cause an issue with loading.

EDIT2: When Oblivion is started, I can see the progress slider move just slightly. Then I open Task Manager, and see that the program is using 25% CPU and 161MB of memory, this never changes.

Check for conflicts using ObMM or maybe other programs. Always install your mods one by one (as longas possible), play and check if everything's alright.

Thanks for the tip. It helped!

Turns out, after loading each mod one at a time, that Open Cities Reborn and Better Cities are not fully compatible. I deleted Open Cities Reborn and used the "Better Open Cities" feature inside of the Better Cities OBMM Installer.
