villish
I cannot tell you how many times Gamerpoets was my go to guy to get the help I needed in modding. I run 250+ mods on my classic Skyrim and almost 80 on SE, and all because Paul did the heavy lifting in creating his videos. And as much as his videos are great teaching devices, he also tells a great story. I've been following my hero Paxton for months now. Thank you Paul for all your hard work. Bane516
If it wasn't for Gamerpoets, Gopher, and Brodual I would have not even started to mod skyrim roughly a year(maybe 2?) or so ago. Gamerpoets esp. has been my go-to-guy on how to mod correctly. You're a top notch youtuber. On a side note, Mr. M, can you maybe start a series on how to learn the CK? I.e., some basics of it to work and what other programs are good to have to work with it for editing and such? Much obliged GP.

What has stopped me is a lack of knowing how to organize videos about it in the way that I create other tutorials. Other than Installation & Setup (which perhaps I should just make for each CK slowly in between other tutorials) there's not much that is straight forward as far as progression from one tutorial to the next in concerned. DarkFox127 is AWESOME with his guides and how he shows users to do specific tasks (specific creations), which, I may have to barrow from at somepoint and try to get him some credit from others who may not know him but do know me in the process... but I still haven't felt a way to make a CK tutorials (beyond install/setup) feel like a "GP" tutorial. With my final format in place perhaps I'll be able to start thinking about it better... It generally takes me a week or two now to create a tutorial from start to finish and I have a few on my plate (Oblivion, BOSS.. as I plan to do an Oblivion RP in the not so near future.. chip away at it.... as well as some other updates to old tutorials and what not) but if I keep being reminded (horrible memory when it comes to some things) perhaps I will = )
Doct1369
have you ever needed to find you're keys in the dark well that was what modding Skyrim was like before finding Michael of gamerpoets on youtube and a few others but this is all about him so i will not name the other guys here. :) his tutorials on modding are some of the best out there and can help everyone from the beginners to the seasoned professionals. modding has been more then a hobby for me in the pass few years i could not even think about playing Skyrim or any of the fallout games without mods. so thank you Michael and the Nexus for all of you're hard work. Beadinbluefox
Great interview! Great you-tube channel and awesome videos as well! Now if there was someone to make tutorials for us older folks (when I as growing up, computers needed big rooms, constant cold temps. and didn't hold as much data as my phone does now) who need help with some basic things. Most tutorials assume those watching actually know what we're doing, sadly I often have to fake it and just keep trying until I've either succeeded or messed it up beyond repair( just ask my msi gaming laptop that's being used as a paper weight at the moment lol) But seriously thank you Micheal for all your great videos and forgive any misspellings please.
