kvatchcount
Title. Whenever I do it, instant error message and sometimes corruption takes place. How do I make a description for my mod in the Construction Set without f*#@ing up?
wizardmirth
You need to run the program as an Admin since writing the author name or description and then clicking on any other field will automatically overwrite the active file.
Surilindur
Wrye Bash also offers the option to click on the description box and type in a new description, as well as an author name (although not both at the same time, it seems). That one has always worked for me. Maybe you could try it? I have never used the Construction Set for adding descriptions to a mod.
CrispySquirrel
You can also do this in TES4Edit. Just open up the mod and click the plus sign next to the mod, then click File Header. "CNAM - Author" for your name and "SNAM - Description" for the description of your mod.
