Tidus44 Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 Noster Eagle-Eye is in Solitude and got run through (he lost an eye) and was left for dead by his comrades. You get a quest from him. Angrenor is in Windhelm and got a sword to the chest and accuses the dark elf woman as a spy. He actually says "I was one of the best soldiers the Stormcloaks army but I took a sword to the chest."
