Morrowind and oblivion merged

Is it possible to take the morrorwind area and everything of the sort (excluding the main quest or anything that would cause problems)

and merge it with oblivion, I.E you are on the border of morrowind and cryodill and there is the option along the whole thing to cross the border,

you then appear in morrowind on the cryodill and morrowind border and are back in morrowind.

or even if you chose to you could talk to a captain of a transport who is in every port(anvil and imperial city) they are different and will charge a fee

50 gold? 100? to take you to morrowind, you appear in a port in morrowind (if there are any as I never played morrowind)

I realise it would takes possible years to create but I would like a good group to start it as I am going to form a group and start working on a mod with them.

I think they tried that once and called it Morroblivion but it was banned by Bethesda

No that was something else, a tool if you will.

They dont allow morooblivion because it gets morrowind stuff into oblivion, thats illegal. If you do it your self from scratch though its allowed. And there are people working on it if you go to Silgrad Tower there's many teams working on different provinces, im in one, valenwood! There's also Tamriel Rebuilt which is working on Hammerfell.

I have been told the hamemrfall one was morrowind mod (wtf it makes no sence because of the border areas)

so I guesse I got tricked lol. silgrad tower has many bugs and I never have seen any updates no world map and as of valenwood Il have to google that as I never herd of it, WE NEED THE BLACK MARSH LOL! a whole new area to be about argonians and swamps, what was that stuff from the blackwood quest thing?

lol maby we need a dwarven collony underground the whole countinent, lol?

hammerfall to me sounds like a dwarven country or something.
