hehe indeed, that and Quaker Oatmeal, practically everywhere hehe.

Charles Emerson Winchester, the Third. (MASH)

and the Winchester firearms company...Boston Dynamics/NorthARM. (asimov made Boston a place for advanced robotics too).

Denny Crane and that humorous legal show... (Rene is also a Fallout veteran too as Mr House).

Bostonians have enjoyed some parts of FO4, though there are a few omissions from the game too -

a lot of space is condensed in FO4 as Game Theory from Youtube has reflected...

there is a humorous allusion to that iconic donut company already in the base game -

"slocum joes". given the shift from FO1/FO2 coca cola to FO3 onwards "nuka cola", it seems a reasonable precaution to make everything a more overt parody, even though it would have been perfect subliminal advertising opportunities for a lot of folks...

Slocum Joes in Lexington houses "The Switchboard" - a prewar secret defense location.

Here, you find P.A.M. and she talks about "her brother" being partly involved in causing 2077.

there is a world map, with markings on it... cross comparing that map with the pixelated map in FO2 reveals other places the Enclave might be...

ahem, I digress.

It would be cool if there was a Slocum Joes in Quincy too.

maybe, with a nuka-world inspired museum to commemorate Slocum Joes history, perhaps replete with animations and all...

you can teach the recipe to an automatron or a Mr Handy that's there.

perhaps, a cult of Slocum Joes has emerged - they think it was more than a company -

they think it was a culture or a nationstate outright.

Let no-one tell you how to dunk!

Any time is a good time for dessert!

you could even parody some of those early Dunkin's signage hehe.

"Bostonians and Massachusettians alike, prefer that Slocum Joes delight!"

"Accept no other imitations - make Slocum Joes your dessert destination!"

"When I think "coffee", I think Slocum Joes"

"There is nothing more American, than grits in your coffee, and a Slocum Joes donut! --- Pres. Dick Richardson"
