Perraine
With the sudden proliferation of FO3/NV themed mods being uploaded, I wonder if anyone would know how, or be able to add a Sierra Madre Vending Machine to FO4? Give us a use for all those ciggarettes we pick up :) We now have the Holorifle, and the 10mm SMG, I added Vera Keyes's Starlet Dress, and could probably make a passable Black Jack table re-texture, and we have Slot machines from the Vault-Tec DLC. And the exchange of "tokens" for items as an alternate currency is already in game with "Book Return Tokens, and also with Nuka World. Just throwin' it out there. Dragonflight
That would be cool!
Kitsudragon
*bump* A device which can be upgraded in-game with recipes, unlocking what starts with fairly ordinary civilian menu items and eventually diverging into ever-more powerful and useful chems, weapons, tools, and upgrades would be extremely useful. Especially if we could build this thing in our settlements! Edited March 27, 2018 by Kitsudragon
Degby1
This would be a feasible thing to do, it would work with a similar script to the Book Return machines. Just patch it with a New Vegas items mod (Mojave Exports) and ur good to go. I thought this was being worked on anyway, I remember seeing a picture of the untextured 3D model in the image section of Nexus a while back. Perraine
Finding and adding recipes should also be doable as we have that Beer Making Protectron in the base game (name?) that requires you to find recipes, and then of course Nuka World added several more with Nuka Recipes. I "think" it just gives you a "perk" when you find a recipe, that unlocks that recipe at the corresponding crafting station, except in this case it would just be a vending machine.
