Victrogaming
So I run Skyrim SE on a 144hz monitor at 60 fps, but I keep getting these weird Stutters that makes the game look like its running at about 30 fps.And when this happens both of my FPS Counters still say I'm running at 60.I tried to run the game with enb installed but it made no difference and the only other people i've seen with similar problems are people running the game over 60 fps which I don't. The only thing that worked was to limit my monitor refresh rate to 60hz but I would rather not do that every time I play skyrim. Is there a way to make Skyrim SE run at 60hz automatically when I start the game instead of having to change it to 60hz every time I start the game and still having my desktop at 144hz when I quit Skyrim?
