OracleXeon
If a mod developer declares their mod a resource or open source and you wanted to use some aspects of their mod how would you go about doing so, so you won't violate Nexus rules? iXenite
If a Mod Author has stated that their assets can be used freely in other Mod Authors projects then you're free to do so. You could double check with Mod Author if you wanted to though. But if they do state clearly on the mod page that it is designed to be used as a modders resource, then you have no problem. It is usually expected that you'll credit them though.
